The following represents a few detailed examples of various events coordinated by Compart Event Management.

The 11th International Conference on Emergency Medicine (Halifax, NS), June 3-7, 2006

ICEM 2006 was a significant event for Halifax which brought together close to 1200 Emergency Medicine delegates from 29 different countries. Compart planned, executed and managed all aspects of the conference from registration, sponsors, trade show and social events to the Scientific Program scheduling and management, including speaker and poster presentations.

Congrès Mondial Acadien 2004 (Nova Scotia), July 30 - August 15, 2004

Congrès Mondial Acadien 2004 was the enormous celebration of the 3rd international gathering of Acadians. Compart was responsible for providing logistical services for four major events, including the opening and closing ceremonies, located in different areas of the province. Compart also coordinated a four-day conference held in conjunction with the Congrès Mondial Acadien 2004.

Team Canada Atlantic Trade Missions to the United States, 1999-2008

Compart has coordinated 12 Trade Missions to various cities in the US with delegates from Atlantic Canada visiting different cities to explore trade opportunities and partnerships. Compart provided all logistical services including air and ground transportation, facility liaison, accommodations and program development for all missions including: Boston, 1999; Atlanta, 2001; New York, 2002; Washington, 2003-2004; Chicago, 2005; Miami-Orlando, 2006; Boston, 2007; Chicago, 2008.

Le Grou Tyme Festival, (Halifax, NS), Fall 2003-2005

A three-day public festival attracting 10,000 visitors, Compart was responsible for site layout, suppliers’ liaison, exhibits and accommodations for exhibitors and entertainers.
