The following represents some examples of events coordinated by Compart Event Management Limited in the past few years:
Congrès mondial acadien 2004
July 30 to August 15, 2004: Nova Scotia
Congrès mondial acadien 2004 was the third international gathering of Acadians. These world-class events reunited and linked Acadians internationally, regardless of distance, time or present-day location; a feat which is repeated every five years. New Brunswick and Louisiana each hosted a similar event in 1994 and 1999 respectively.
Compart was responsible for providing logistical services for four main events:
1. Official Opening - Churchpoint, Nova Scotia: July 31, 2004
2. Show du Mitan - Cheticamp, Nova Scotia: August 6-8, 2004
3. Open Air Mass and Closing Ceremonies - Grand-Pré, Nova Scotia: August 15, 2004
4. Closing Concert - Halifax, Nova Scotia: August 15, 2004
Team Canada Atlantic Mission to Washington 
April 20 - 25, 2004: Washington DC
The Trade Mission to Washington gathered 92 delegates from Atlantic Canada Washington DC. Delegates visited Washington with the objective of exploring trade opportunities and forging partnerships in the Washington area. Compart provided all logistical services to the Trade Mission including air and ground transportation for all delegates, facility liaison, accommodations and program development.
Veterans Affairs Canada
National Long Term Care Meeting
May 3 - 6, 2004:
Halifax, Nova Scotia
This three day national conference brought together 174 delegates to discuss long term care and issues facing health care givers across Canada. Our services included all logistical arrangements, including accommodations, registration, food and beverage arrangements, audio visual and speaker support.
Le Grou Tyme Festival 
September 19-21, 2003: Halifax,
Nova Scotia
A three-day public festival attracting 10,000 visitors, Compart was
responsible for planning of the site layout, suppliers’ liaison,
exhibits and accommodations for exhibitors and entertainers. The
festival is an annual event promoting Acadian culture and is strongly
supported by federal and provincial governments.
ACOA led Trade Mission to Norway and Sweden
September 13 - 19, 2003:
Copenhagen, Denmark; Oslo, Norway and Stockholm, Sweden
26 business delegates from Atlantic Canada representing the ICT and Biotech Sectors travelled to Denmark, Norway and Sweden to meet with prospective business partners in those areas.
Compart was responsible registration, travel arrangements including air and ground transportation, accommodations, meeting arrangements and on-site management.
The ICT and Biotech Sectors had two separate itineraries, Compart provided logistical services for both groups.
Innovation Summits 
September 27, 2002:
St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador
June 26, 2002: Moncton, New Brunswick
June 6, 2002: Halifax, Nova Scotia
May 31, 2002: Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
Industry Canada hosted a series of Innovation Summits in each province across Canada. Compart provided logistical services for the four Summits held in each Atlantic Province. Services included all registration, printing of Summit materials, technical arrangements, facility liaison.
IPAC 2002 Conference 
August 25-28, 2002: Halifax,
Nova Scotia
The four-day national conference for the Institute of Public Administration
of Canada attracted 480 delegates from Canada and abroad. Responsibilities
included all accommodations, registration, speaker support, social
program, food and beverage arrangements, and liaison with all suppliers
including the host hotel.
Team Canada Atlantic Mission to New York 
May 20 - 24, 2002: New York
, New York
The Trade Mission to New York gathered 172 delegates from Atlantic
Canada in New York City. Delegates visited New York City with the
objective of exploring trade opportunities and forging partnerships
in the New York area. Compart provided all logistical services to
the Trade Mission including air and ground transportation for all
delegates, facility liaison, accommodations and program development.
New Brunswick Small Business Conference and Info-Fair
May 15, 2002: Edmundston, New Brunswick
A one-day conference and exhibit display for
small to medium size businesses. Federal government departments
and agencies display product and services available to the general
public. The event attracted an audience of approximately 560 guests.
Compart provided all registration services for the conference as
well as arrangements for all suppliers to the conference and exhibit
displays.
