Personnel
Compart's operating philosophy is to form event "teams" from associated organizations and key contracted personnel. Outside resources are added on an "as required" basis in support of specific initiatives. This combination of owned and seconded resources provides tremendous support for management decisions and creativity in program development. It also offers clients a team of experts tailored to the needs of a specific event, meeting or conference.
