Our operating philosophy is centered on forming event "teams" from associated organizations and experienced contracted personnel in such areas as marketing, communications and production. Outside resources are added on an "as required" basis in support of specific initiatives. This combination of owned and secondary resources provides tremendous support for management decisions and creativity. It also offers clients a team of experts tailored to the needs of each specific event, meeting or conference.

Alberte LeBlanc – President, CMP

Alberte’s 22-years of experience in event management has resulted in specialized knowledge and refined organizational skills. This experience has earned her the designation of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) and she is the first in Atlantic Canada to obtain this designation. Alberte feels strongly about staying connected and in-tune with industry knowledge and trends therefore is also a member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and Destination Halifax.

Nancy Blanchard - Event Manager and Greater Moncton Satellite Office Coordinator

Nancy spent more than six years planning special events and activities for such organizations as the Abilities Foundation of Nova Scotia and the Conseil Communautaire du Grand-Havre. During her three years at Compart, Nancy has led numerous conferences and events including a 400-delegate, five-day international conference on Acadian Culture and Trade Missions to several cities in the US. For ICEM 2006, Nancy was accountable for the coordination of 280 PowerPoint presentations and 200 poster presentations delivered during eight simultaneous sessions during the 4-day conference.
